We operate a very simple delivery and returns system. Any queries at all please just call us on 01256 819694.

DELIVERY: For the majority of orders received before midday on any working day (ie Monday through to Friday) they will be dispatched the same day on a Next Working Day Courier Service. Occasionally it is not possible for us to dispatch the same day and therefore a delivery period of 2 working days should be allowed. Please notify us at the time of ordering if same day dispatch is essential.

As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you an email. In the case of any items sent via our courier Interlink Express we will also include the tracking information so you can check the progress of your delivery yourself.

METHOD OF DELIVERY: For all mainland UK & European addresses, your order will be sent via Interlink Express Delivery Service. Orders will need to be signed for - you may give us an alternative delivery address or instructions to leave with a particular neighbour if that is more convenient. Interlink operate a 'Predict' System whereby on the expected delivery day you are able to log onto their website www.interlinkexpress.com, enter the consignment number and they can give you the estimated one hour delivery slot.

For areas other than mainland UK such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Ireland, your order will be sent via Royal Mail or Parceforce. A trackable method will always be used for security.

RETURNS: We understand that sometimes incorrect items are ordered and therefore we are happy to offer an exchange or returns service. We ask that you notify us within 14 working days of receipt of your order of any item that you would like to return to us. The customer is responsible for all additional postage fees and are responsible for using a secure method of returning the item. If an exchange is required there is a £6 fee to resend out the new item. This can be paid via Paypal or by credit/ debit card over the telephone. We will email you to keep you updated on your return/ exchange. If you are returning any product we ask that you use sufficient protective packing materials to protect the product so it arrives back to us in a resellable condition. In the case of a refund being requested, monies will always be returned the same method as the original payment was received.
